If the state you’re searching for does not pull up when it’s typed in, this could be because of using Google Chrome as your browser.
If you have an address saved to your personal Google Account, Chrome will automatically suggest the saved address to populate any address fields with. Google Chrome picks up that the user is inputting information into an address-type field, which is why address suggestions pop-up and override the state list.
Due to this, it can be difficult to find the state drop-down list, and in turn may confuse users into believing that the state they are searching for does not exist.
