How do you create a Survey?

This video will show you how to customize a Survey in the Engage lab. Select “Create” to start new, or choose to “Re-Use” the Survey template.

In the Engage lab, select “Create” on the left, or “Re-Use” beneath the Survey template to customize your own.

In this order…

• First, enter basic survey info: Title, image, description or instruction.

• Next, create survey questions: Customize the questions & response type.

• Add final additional info: Schedule, branding elements, social content.

• Distribute! Immediately or at a later time.

Once you have created your survey, you can attach the link in your communications and begin curating lists of contacts.
